For local folks we offer Hereford beef from time to time.

Our beef is pasture raised. Which, for our situation, doesn't not mean grass finished. Our cattle are born and raised on pasture, but we fatten for the last 6 to 8 week on grain and corn.

You can rest assured that our cattle NEVER receive hormones and antibiotics are not routinely given. (only in the case of medical need)

Hereford beef is the beef of choice for many finer restaurants.  

Our finished cattle are taken to a local butcher where the beef you want is processed to your specifications.

Sold as whole, half or quarters.
